Led the Big 12 in rushing with 1,265 yards and a 105.4 per game average. Had a 5.1 per yard rushing average and scored 11 rushing touchdowns (tied for 2nd in league); longest run was for 40 yards. Was the team's third-leading receiver with 25 catches (257 yards); longest was for 52 yards. Completed three of four passes, one for a touchdown. Returned one kickoff for 25 yards.

Rushed for 618 yards and six TDs last season on 103 carries while passing for 450 yards and two scores. Rushed for over 500 yards and seven touchdowns as a freshman and helped lead Northwest to a division championship. Rushed for 1,100 yards and 11 touchdowns at quarterback as a senior in high school and passed for 936 yards and added 11 TDs ... Also chipped in 57 tackles and one interception as a senior safety. Earned all-state honors as both a quarterback and linebacker and was his team MVP.
